1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Airlift Studios. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Airlift Studios provides web design and development services for Airbnb property owners, including custom website design, domain registration, hosting, translations, and SEO optimization.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and payment is required in full before the website is launched and handed over to the customer. We offer a free demo website which is a fully functional website that has the same look and feel as the final product. There is no obligation to purchase the website after the demo is created and we do not collect any payment information like credit card from the customer.

Refunds Policy

The free demo will give you a good idea of what the final product will look like before payment. We do not offer any refunds, all sales are final once payment is processed.

4. Service Completion and Handover

Service Completion

Our services are complete when we have launched your website and handed over the Cloudflare account details.

Once handover is complete, our service obligations end. We will not provide ongoing support, maintenance, or modifications beyond the initial 7-day bug fix warranty period.

5. Changes and Modifications After Launch

Changes after purchase are at the customer's discretion. When the customer orders a website based on the free demo they can be secure in that the final launched website will have the same look and feel. We are confident that the website will be beautiful and effective, so you will not need to make any changes after launch. However, we will provide comprehensive step-by-step guides to help you make future changes independently.

Self-Service Changes

We strongly encourage customers to use our comprehensive guides for modifications including updating text, changing images, managing domain settings, and accessing analytics.

We are able to keep competitive pricing because we do not offer iterations or changes as part of our service.

6. Warranty and Support

Bug Fix Warranty

We will only be responsible for bugs and errors that are discovered up to 7 days after launch. This covers functionality issues and technical errors, but not requested changes or issues caused by third-party services.

After the 7-day warranty period, support is normally not provided. However, you are welcome to contact us regarding any bugs or issues you encounter. While we cannot guarantee assistance, we may be able to help at our discretion.

7. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Hosting

We are not responsible for any changes that Cloudflare makes in the future. This includes pricing changes, service modifications, and platform updates.

You are always able to change providers on your own. You have full ownership and can migrate to any hosting provider at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to your custom website, including code, design elements, and your domain name. We retain the right to use your website as a portfolio example unless specifically requested otherwise.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information for your project
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
  • Managing your Cloudflare account and securing it with your own email and password after hand over
  • Keeping your domain name registration active after hand over
  • Adding valid ownership details for domain name registration after hand over

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Airlift Studios be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
